After nine years of friendship, and being in the same university and sharing the same clique, Zheng Yong and Tasha got together. He grew up in Singapore after moving from Malaysia and she was already part of the world he landed in. It started with a conversation of her going through a breakup, him being the person she called for something to shift. A couple of years of dating later, here they are. They are both lawyers. Both reserved. He is the more romantic one; she is the more practical one. They work because they see life the same way, even when they approach it differently.
Caroline Mansion at St Regis Singapore gave us everything — grand but intimate, timeless without being stiff. They were also very clear about what they wanted from their wedding photography: nothing staged, nothing posed for the sake of it. Natural shots, editorial framing, detail work, black and white. The kind of images that feel like they were found rather than arranged. That’s our language too, so this one felt like a good fit from the start.
