Weng Wai and Steffie first knew each other in primary school, drifted to different secondary schools and found their way back to one another years later at a primary school gathering. By their wedding day, that connection had grown into something rooted deeply in family: both come from close-knit homes, and Steffie’s large extended family wrapped the whole celebration together.
This was a big day in every sense — 350 guests, family, friends, and a bridal party so large and so hyped it became a celebration of its own. The bridesmaids’ first look with Steffie was a highlight; more than a few of them teared up. There was so much closeness, hype, and love.
Steffie is a wedding planner herself, and it showed in the most wonderful way. Every detail was considered, every corner Pinterest-worthy. The space was draped in luxurious green velvet and dressed with red blooms, anchored by a magazine-style photo booth and a checkered dance floor that practically begged to be danced on. And danced on it was. Dinner overflowed with energy, capped by a surprise song that Steffie sprang on Weng Wai. A long, full, joyful day — meticulously planned, filled with gorgeous details and genuinely felt.
