Some couples meet in the most ordinary way and turn it into something entirely their own. Sylvester and Carrie matched on Tinder during lockdown and then had their first date at a goat farm. It stuck. So much so that when Sylvester proposed, he brought her right back there. If that doesn’t tell you everything about these two — nature-loving, a little quirky, romantic in their own offbeat way — the rest of the day certainly did.
Carrie was the picture of calm on her wedding morning. Down-to-earth, unhurried, completely herself. She is the kind of bride who makes being with her feel more like spending time with a friend. The morning began with a quiet letter-reading session, the sort of intimate moment these two do so well.
What stayed with us was the family of it all. Both Sylvester and Carrie are deeply family-oriented, and that closeness was everywhere from the warmth of the gatecrash, the easy laughter, the sense of two families folding into one.
