They met on Tinder. Both design school graduates. Eight years later, they got married on an auspicious date at a venue they chose with a designer’s eye: Pan Pacific Orchard for its towering LED screen and the semi-outdoor solemnisation space at the foyer. That’s very Edmund and Colette. They’re the kind of people who are just as happy spending a quiet evening at home watching movies and documentaries together as they are at a grand dinner. They know what they like, and they choose it with intention. They are also one of the most unconventional couples, who actually went out to grab coffee halfway through their wedding day with their full boys entourage and a vintage Mercedes.
The solemnisation at the Pan Pacific Orchard foyer has a quality that’s hard to find where it is open air, partially sheltered and architecturally striking. For two people from design school who appreciate a considered frame, it made complete sense.
